Studying, Movies, Kansas Weather

Well, here is the second post of my new blog! Joy to the world, right?

So, heads up with this. After this new post, I'll be posting a different one on a movie review since my Saturday night was a girls night & we went to the movies after a lovely meal. More to come on that subject though!

Currently in Kansas City, the weather is completely and utterly cold but beautiful. Now, I'm sure just about everyone in the state of Kansas is sick and tired of the home sweet home, Winter Wonderland scene. Since this is I believe the most snow we've had in a while? Can't recall, it's always something new with Kansas weather. But me, personally, I am enjoying the weather today. Even though the snow is taking advantage of my love for it. The fog outside is completely inspiring, I can't help. Reminds me of Vincent Price and Tim Burton, possibly the start of a wonderful series of poems and stories? Who wonders what will happen.

But as I engross myself in this new blog, I'm pushing studies aside because honestly, my studying is pointless to a degree. My school is corrupted and teachers just don't give a damn anymore. So why should I? Yet, in the end I always finish my projects and homework, not really caring what they think of it. I'm damn proud of what I get done. Which comes to a question for many of you; What do you think of the school system? I mean, be honest. You think it's going for the better? Going for the worst? You don't really care? I think the school board should listen to their students, not the teachers or administration. Aren't we the way of the future?

In all honesty, my weekend was fairly well. I had a nice little Saturday with my wonderful friend, Tareq, Autumn and Gerald. Great seeing them and all their weirdo glory. Then later that night, had a girl's night out with my best friend Victoria and Dora. Of course going out to eat and the movies, in the snow! Except after hours at the Legends and the foggy weather out. Seemed like a perfect setting for a dramatic horror movie. (;

I'll leave my ending here, hoping your weekends were the best as well.
& again, if you feel like I should mention something in my blogs, just let me know.
